We want you to be completely satisfied with your island-inspired purchase, which is why we offer easy returns within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request to ensure your package is tracked and insured.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
